Talk on: Cave Discoveries on the North York Moors

Subterranean stream passage below Hutton Beck / River Dove valleys.

A free talk presented by York Caving Club showcasing the cave discoveries around the North York Moors in recent years.

Following the discovery of a mile long cave under Hutton Beck just south of Hutton-le-Hole in 2007 we have been working on a whole range of projects in the area. We would like to share our findings over the last few years with the local residents or anyone else with an interest.

The talk will last around an hour and a half and include photos and videos. There will be displays of surveys as well as plenty of time to chat in more detail afterwards. We hope it will be an entertaining evening even if you have never been (or ever want to go) into a cave!
